Animal-assisted life coaching combines traditional coaching techniques with the therapeutic presence of animals to support personal growth and emotional well-being. In this approach, animals—often dogs, horses, or other trained companions—act as calming, non-judgmental partners during coaching sessions. Their presence can help clients feel more relaxed, present, and emotionally open, allowing for deeper self-reflection and connection. The coach uses interactions with the animal to facilitate conversations about trust, communication, boundaries, and emotional regulation. This unique blend of human-animal interaction and guided coaching can be especially effective for individuals dealing with anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, offering a holistic and compassionate path to self-discovery and empowerment.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful evening at this farm! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The highlight of our visit was definitely meeting Mazie, the baby cow along with her sisters (the two goats). We got to bottle-feed them, brush them, and play together. It was such a heartwarming experience, and Mazie is an absolute sweetheart!
The animals are all so well-cared for and friendly, and it's clear that the staff loves what they do.
This farm is a fantastic place for families. It's not just a visit; it's an opportunity to connect with animals and create lasting memories. We can't wait to go back!
We spent the BEST morning at Double B Stables & Livestock!
Farmer for a day was such a great experience! I loved watching the kiddos get to be apart of the morning routine! They got to experience a little bit of everything from a few chores, what they eat, helped prepare it, feeding them, touching them, play time, and learning about each one individually!
Anna and Breena were both just great with them!
Lily did not want to leave, and honestly, me neither 😂🤲 we’ll definitely be back! Lily’s favorite part was Boss (the farm doggo), the UTV, and the goats. A girl after my own heart.

Thanks for having us! Be sure to checkout their Facebook, and keep your eye out for new bookings. You won’t regret it! I have a feeling it’s going to take off this Summer!
My daughter took her first mini horse lesson this morning with Mr. Wrinkles. If you've got a little one, you gotta message them and start some mini horse lessons. I do believe they do larger horse lessons as well, but I thought this would be perfect for Margo since she's scared of larger horses. Margo was a little nervous at first, but she warmed up the instructors and Mr. Wrinkles in no time.
She learned horse safety, how to brush his hair, how to put the saddle on, how to get in and off safely, how to properly steer, how to get Mr. Wrinkles to stop and go, hosed him off to cool him down, and gave him snacks.
She gave it one thousand million thumbs up. i highly recommend signing your kiddos up for mini horse lessons! I'm so proud of how good my munchkin did today! I wasn't sure if she would be too scared and anxious or not. I'm super thankful we have the opportunity to do this and only in Weirton, so not far from home either!
Stopped by today, was totaling amazed how nice it was and all the animals. You can pet them and feed them. Just amazing. Watch their post to see what’s going on. Thank you for the tour
My daughter was already planning her next trip to the farm and we weren’t done!
Farmer for a Day was a validating experience for my child that’s heavily interested in becoming a vet one day.
My daughter had a great time. Wonderful people who own the place. Definitely going back.
